Even leftovers need a glow up!
Thanksgiving leftovers: the magical fridge phenomenon where your turkey seems to multiply overnight. Enter the Thanksgiving Leftover Sliders—your deliciously bite-sized solution to the what-do-I-do-with-all-this-stuff dilemma. These little sammies combine turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a whisper of gravy into handheld bites of pure holiday magic. Bonus? They’re toddler-approved, as long as you don’t mind a little cranberry art on the walls.
Ingredients:
- Ingredients:
- Leftover slider or dinner rolls
- Leftover turkey (but you could also use ham)
- Stuffing
- Cranberry Sauce
- Melted Butter
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Gravy (Optional)
Instructions:
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom of the slider rolls in a Pyrex dish. I used an 9×13 pan because I had just about a dozen dinner rolls left over.
- Add the leftover shredded turkey to each of the rolls. Then add in the cranberry sauce, and finally the stuffing on top. I put the cranberry sauce in the middle, so it does not get the slider/dinner rolls soggy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon, and Worcestershire sauce. Lightly brush on the top of the rolls the butter mixture, then sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning.
- Put the Pyrex dish in the oven at 350F for about 5-10 minutes or until everything is hot.
Optional Add-ins/Add-ons:
- You can serve with a side of leftover gravy to dip the Thanksgiving sliders into. You can also serve with a side of Sweet Potato Fries, coleslaw, etc.
