Juicy Farmhouse Burgers

Grill, thrill, and fulfill your burger cravings—farm-style!

These burgers are so good, even the cows on the farm are a little jealous. They might give us the side-eye, but once you take a bite, you’ll understand why we’re willing to risk the bovine judgment

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or your choice of meat)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Your favorite toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape Patties: Form the mixture into four equal patties.
  3. Grill or Pan-Fry: Cook the patties on a preheated grill or skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Assemble: Place patties on buns, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
